A couple days ago I added a little feature that makes OO tilt when he runs on an incline, and decided it looked neat enough to take a little silent video.

Since I'm still recovering, there's naturally a few bugs, but I think the effect itself is nice.

Commenting not working for me, btw. Had to find IDs and make a link myself to get to commenting page. Wha?

Yeah, I second rob's comment on commenting. I think it's broken. I've wanted to comment on the last 3 posts, but the button didn't work for me. I'm glad someone found a way around it.

ANYWAY, looks awesome. His movements look very smooth. I also like the little dust trails (?) that follow him when he runs. Is the throw distance preset, or can I hold down the button to make stronger throws? Throwing angles?

Haha, This looks awesome! I didn't realize the game was going to be this quick paced! I was expected more of a Metroid-y type play speed. I'm totally excited for this!

Oh man, my bad on comments.

Should be working now, yeah?

Great! The comments are back up.

Been wanting to say how much I'm anticipating a demo of this. Definitely this game really has a vibe of its own and a nice fast pace to it. I really like his map pullout animation as well as the sketches on it.

Is the ground final? Cuz' that's a lot of solid brown there.
If it is, maybe raising the camera would help, sky/background has variety and looks better than so much ground.

PS: make tigsauce devlog - get feedback.

Wow, looks amazing in action! The animations are smooth as silk, the tilt looks great. I love the impact animation with the multicoloured stars when something is struck with the thrown dirt.
I have to agree with Rob about there being a lot of on-screen brown. Maybe making some decorative tiles in the ground could spice things up without having to tinker with the camera. The surface is vibrant and interesting-looking and its contrast clashes with the dirt a bit.
Anyway I'm glad to see you back at work on this little gem, and back to posting.

Nice video man, but no sound or music? You plan on adding that all yourself as well, or are you looking for help with that? Cause I'm down to make music for such a great looking game.

This is really awesome, I'd love to make music for this, if you're looking for anyone to do so you can email me at Julian@archer.tzo.com

You can also check out my blog (http://reevestuffs.blogspot.com/) for some examples I made inspired by your work here :)

Man you need to update more often!

I'm anxiously waiting, but the updates are so few and far between that I'm getting worried that you're not going to finish it.

Your game really looks fantastic. It's so nice to see the variety of actions and subtle animations/details throughout. Keep it up, I want to see what else is in store!!

I forgot about this for a while. Good to see it's still under development.

So, is this dead then? Been watching this for awhile and the last update was a very long time ago.
